Free workout sessions in Berlin!

To be honest, I have never been a sporty type. Basically, I neved had to care about my figure as I have been always slim in my whole life and I never wanted to suffer from killing muscle fever. However, the active lifestyle and a brilliant advice of a friend has changed my approach for doing sport as one day she recommended me to try out together some workout sessions with professional trainers offered free by Nike at Kudamm. I said immediately yes. And it was definitely worth. Even more, I regularly visit these workout sessions in the building of Europa-Center.

In February 2014, Nike opened its new shop at the Kurfürstendamm, offering usually free, regular courses from outdoor through workout sessions to yoga under the name Nike Training Club (NTC). The whole offer of sports activites you can find on the official page of NTC. The program is so successful that you’d better reserve your programs early if you don’t want to expect booked up sessions. If you are late, don’t worry, there are still further options. Set your name on the waiting list, someone definitely will cancel her appearance in a short term so you can appear at the respective session.

If you successfully registered for a session, you should definitely bring training pants, a sports shirt, a hand towel and much water to the sessions (and shoes if you do not want to use the shoes offered on the spot, but these are disinfected after each workout)
